RiverCrest Village

RiverCrest Village is a new residential development in Maupin, Oregon. Located on the wild and scenic Deschutes River, Maupin is just 38 miles south of the Columbia River, and 90 miles from either Bend or Portland.

Conceived and designed by Mike Neary of Oregon Log Homes, Rivercrest Village has been planned with the same care and strong aesthetic sense that OLH has brought to it’s customers for over 30 years. Perched on the canyon rim overlooking the Deschutes, RiverCrest Village offers world class fishing, rafting and kayaking literally minutes from your doorstep. It also provides a jump off point for miriad other recreation opportunities including hunting, skiing, hiking, bicycling, windsurfing, photography, bird watching or just sightseeing.

When you’re not exploring, you can enjoy dramatic canyon views, or relax while looking out over the rolling hills and blue skies on the far side of the river. You may see hawks, Osprey, Great Blue Heron, or even the occasional eagle soaring in the Canyon below. Across the street you can picnic, or practice your cast around the ½ acre casting pond (stocked with Bass, so the kids can fish), or let the young ones play in the adjacent wading pond.
